Our service technicians are available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at 866-872-0006.  When you call us for support you get a live, local, friendly person every time.  We also have an on-call technician available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for connection-related issues.  Just call the same number, leave a message, and the technician will return your call within 30 minutes.


After Hours Calls

Technical support calls received after normal business hours (8am-5pm, Mon-Fri) will be processed by an on-call technician on a first-come, first-serve basis with priority shown to higher plan and priority service agreement customers. Technicians will return messages within 30 minutes.

24 x 7 support is available only for maintaining connection to the WBS network, equipment covered under a maintenance agreement, and troubleshooting or replacing of equipment used for that connection.


Connection Related Issues

  1. The technician will try to resolve the issue remotely.
  2. If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, a technician will be dispatched as soon as possible.
  3. At the customer’s request, the call may be postponed until next business day.


Non-Connection Related Issues

  1. Normal service charges will apply for support for non connection related issues.
  2. Non-connection issues include but are not limited to: email configuration, viruses, spyware, hardware failures, router failures


Speeds are provided as burstable. WBS does not guarantee throughput of these speeds to be constant. Speeds are delivered on a best effort basis unless a customer has an SLA agreement in place.
